The Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis, Dr Terrance Drew has travelled to Nigeria for the Aquarian Consult Afri-Caribbean Investment Summit (AACIS ’25). A delegation of Ministers and high level government officials are accompanying the Prime Minister on this trip.
The Prime Minister, Dr Drew will be one of the keynote speakers at the Aquarian Consult Afri-Caribbean Investment Summit (AACIS ’25). The AACIS starts on March 25 and will run for three days, concluding on March 28.
The summit is an opportunity for the nations to collaborate and deepen their relationships. Nigeria is the first nation that PM Drew is travelling to in Africa. With this diplomatic trip, St Kitts and Nevis wants to expand their global footprint and international relationships.
The delegation which is accompanying PM Terrance Drew for his trip to Nigeria consists of his wife, the first lady, Diani Prince-Drew. Mark Brantley, Premier of Nevis, and Leader of the Opposition in the general assembly is also part of the delegation. Chairman of the Citizenship by Investment Unit, Calvin St. Juste will also be present at the investment summit.
The twin island nation is dedicated to creating strong international diplomatic ties with nations across the globe. The Aquarian Consult Afri-Caribbean Investment Summit (AACIS ’25) is a golden opportunity to unearth investment opportunities that exist between Africa and the Caribbean.
PM Dr Terrance Drew said that the visit to Nigeria aligns with the country’s Sustainable Island State Agenda. One of the priorities of the agenda is to improve international cooperation and innovation.
Minister of Small Business and Entrepreneurship, Cooperatives, and the Creative Economy, Samal Duggins is also Travelling to Nigeria with the Prime Minister. His presence in the delegation is necessitated by his role as the Minister of Small Business and Entrepreneurship.
He will have the opportunity, during this trip to Nigeria to secure strong business relationships with Nigeria. Other members of the delegation include:

- Cabinet Secretary, Dr. Marcus Natta
- Sanya Alleyne, Executive Director of the St. Kitts and Nevis Chamber of Industry and Commerce
The three day trip to Nigeria will be filled with engagements for the delegation, ranging from investment meetings and panel discussions to cultural exchanges. The engagements are designed to promote partnerships between the Caribbean and Africa.
