Dr William Connor Primary School took the trophy home after winning The Bank of Nevis Limited Basseterre Zone Championships, on Friday, January 31, 2025, with 16 gold medals, 13 silver medals, and 19 bronze medals, with Beach Allen Primary School being the first runner up in the tournament.
The tournament was held at the Old Basseterre High School Ground and had four schools participating in the tournament – Dr William Connor Primary School, Beach Allen Primary School, Tucker Clarke Primary School, and Halliday-Smith Primary School.

The Next Stop in Zonal Series
The Zonal Series is divided into four phases – East Zone 2 Primary School Championships, West Zone Public Primary School Championships, The Bank of Nevis Limited Basseterre Zone Championships, and the next and the last stop, East Zone 1 Primary School Championships.
East Zone 2 Primary School Championships
East Zone 2 Primary School Championships was won by St Paul’s Primary School, with 27 gold medals, 18 silver medals, and 12 bronze medals, and was held at the Saddlers Sporting Complex, on January 17, 2025.
Saddlers Primary School was the first runner up, followed by Edgar T. Morris Primary school and Dieppe Bay Primary School.
West Zone Public Primary School Championships
West Zone Public Primary School Championships was held at the Sandy Point New Recreations Ground and was won by Sandy Point Primary School with 15 gold medals, 10 silver medals, and 19 bronze medals.
First runner up was Tyrell Williams Primary School, followed by Newton Ground Primary School and Bronte Welsh Primary School.
