The CEO of the St Kitts Tourism Authority, Ellison “Tommy” Thompson and Deputy Chief Executive Officer Melnecia Marshall conducted multiple interviews with national media houses in Barbados to promote St Kitts & Nevis and the destination’s exciting Summer of Fun activities. During the interviews with popular media, the St Kitts Tourism Authority team highlighted the easy accessibility to St Kitts via interCaribbean Airways.

The CEO and his deputy appeared on Mornin’ Barbados to promote the St Kitts and Nevis summer activities. The team interacted with the chat show host, about the St Kitts and Nevis and the endless tourism opportunities that the island presents. The Chief Executive Officer shared that a tourist feels like home in St Kitts and nevis.

Following this, the CEO, Ellison “Tommy” Thompson noted that the inter regional travel has become simpler now to St Kitts and Nevis with the launch of the Inter-caribbean Flight between Barbados and St Kitts and Nevis. The trael time has gone down significantly because of the fllight service, they claimed during the interview.

The interview further moved on to the summer activities that the government of St Kitts and Nevis is planning to launch in the upcoming months. The “summmer fun” will be launched for St Kitts and Nevis between June to September. The Festivities will kickstart after the St Kitts Music Festival, from 22 to 24 June 2022.

The team recounted the names of artists in the St Kitts Music Festival, including local artists like Grand Masters band and Koffee. Meanwhile, in Nevis, the Summer fun will start with the Nevis Mango Festival, Culturama and the CPL. The team also announced the Rum Master Programme where the tourists can come to the country and learn about the beverage and even make your own.

As per Ellison “Tommy” Thompson of the St Kitts Tourism Authority, these are some efforts to ensure that the tourists can do something or the other and enjoy their time in the federation. When asked about the accomodation for the attendants of the festival, The St Kitts Tourism Authority Representatives noted that the accomodation is available for all, from affordable to luxury in resorts like Park Hyatt and event rent apartments to stay if they chose to.
