The Taiwan International Cooperation and Development Fund (Taiwan ICDF) is now accepting applications for the 2024 International Higher Education Scholarship Program.
The Taiwan ICDF website provides detailed information on programs and apps for interested individuals, including a list of available options.
All applications of St Kitts and Nevis students, along with the requisite documents, are to be sent to Carol Boddie at the Ministry of Education in St Kitts and Nevis by the deadline of 15th February 2024.
Applicants are requested to submit the following documents to the ROC (Taiwan) Embassy, ensuring they provide accurate and complete information.
- A completed application form https://web.icdf.org.tw/ICDF_TSP/WelcomeStart.aspx
- A photocopy of the applicant’s passport or other photo IDs showing proof of nationality.
- A photocopy of the applicant’s highest-level diploma and academic transcripts.
- A photocopy of the applicant’s English proficiency certificate.

The scholarship application process strongly recommends applicants have a minimum GPA of 3.5.
Each applicant can only apply for ONE program at a time.
The applicant must submit the necessary documents to the Embassy and apply for enrollment with their chosen ICDF partner university before the university’s deadline.
Applicants must visit individual program websites, prepare enrollment application documents, and submit them to their chosen Taiwan university before the deadline set by the university.
Only complete documents and belated applications will be processed. Please also note that submissions must be on time to be accepted and processed. A joint committee in Taiwan will make the admission decision.

Applicant’s qualification during the joint committee review in Taiwan may be affected by whether the Online Mandarin Test has been completed.
