St Kitts and Nevis National Carnival Committee (SKNNCC) successfully concluded the most anticipated Pageants of the year, The National Carnival Queen and the National Carnival Swimwear Pageant. ๐๐ก๐๐๐๐ฒ๐๐ก ๐๐ฎ๐ข๐ฌ๐ก๐๐ซ๐ is the newly crowned National Carnival Queen.ย
SKNNCC declared the results of the National Carnival Queen Pageant on their social media account. The competition concluded early on Thursday, December 29, 2022.ย The SKNNCC organized the event at the Warner Park Cricket Stadium on December 28, 2022.
While declaring the results, St Kitts and Nevis national Carnival Committee (SKNNCC) extended their heartiest congratulations to the 2022-23 National Carnival Queen ๐๐ก๐๐๐๐ฒ๐๐ก ๐๐ฎ๐ข๐ฌ๐ก๐๐ซ๐.ย
Several Political leaders of St Kitts and Nevis, including Prime Minister Dr Terrance Drew, also extended their good wishes to the winners of the renowned Pageant.ย The National Carnival Committee On her way to victory, Shafeyah captured the top spot in Swimwear, Talent and Evening Wear and amassed 893 points.
๐๐ก๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ ๐๐๐๐ฌ๐๐ซ bagged the position of 1st runner up. She had managed to secure 780.5 points from the judges of the Pageant
Meanwhile, ๐๐๐ค๐ข๐ฅ๐ ๐๐๐ง๐ฅ๐๐ฒ was declared the 2nd runner-up after she managed to amass a total of 766 points in the Pageant.ย
The National Carnival Queen Pageant consisted of various smaller contests that, together, constituted the bigger Pageant. The five contenders of the National Carnival Queen Pageant competed for the following titles:
