Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis, Dr Terrance Drew, recently took to his social media account to share glimpses of the St Kitts and Nevis Labour Party branch meeting for constituency 8. Prime Minister Drew is the parliamentary representative of the constituency. Consequently, it falls under the scope of his responsibilities to interact with the people of his constituency.
Dr Drew took to his social media to share some images from the event. He shared that Keeping connected as a constituency means we remain together in the interest of growth and development for the betterment of our communities and residents. The meeting was the first of several future branch meetings in tbe year, which will give the constituency’s parliamentary representative to become aware of the people’s issues and grievances. He got several important ideas and enquiries from his constituents, which would prove critical for the Prime Minister, Minister of health and social security et al. in his quest to develop the people of St Kitts and Nevis.
The Prime Minister expressed his gratitude to the people of the different communities in constituency 8 for attending the first branch meeting for the new year, hosted in the Conaree district.
The meetings allowed the SKNLP leader to discuss the developmental initiatives he hopes to take up for the country’s future. He listened to ideas and suggestions from the members of his constituency. The people of constituency 8, and other communities received the Prime Minister and Parliamentary representative of constituency 8, Dr Terrance Drew’s initiative, with warmth and excitement.
