Basseterre, St. Kitts and Nevis: Prime Minister Dr Terrance Drew invited the citizens of the country to attend the Labour Day March 2024 on Monday in Pasty Allers Field at 10: 00 am. The event will be celebrated under theme, “Live, Work, Prosper: Together.”
The event will be observed to celebrate the success of Labour Party; therefore, all the people are cordially invited to commemorate the celebration of 2024 edition of the Annual Labour Day. He urged the people of the nation to attend the festivities in red attire or try to turn as many things red as possible.
It is to be noted that, the day will feature electrifying and mesmerising performances of the Kollision Band including Ek The Real Right, Mix Klusiv Entertainment and Tombstone International.
PM Drew swore to work for the development and growth of St. Kitts and Nevis when the Labour Party won 2022 elections, and he kept his word. Under the leadership of the leader of twin-island nation, the country has recorded a remarkable success on the various sectors.
He has always been active in taking interest in community affairs and implemented innovative steps for the growth of the country. The residents of the nation celebrated several days of celebration with different activities on the occasion of Labour Day from April 23 to May 5 included Pre-Labour Day Meeting, Miss Labour Queen Pageant, Wreath Laying Ceremony, and many more.

St. Kitts and Nevis Labour Party
The St. Kitts and Nevis Labour Party is the current ruling party of the nation, which is also known as SKNLP. The party secured six out of eleven seats in the 2022 general elections. This year’s celebration of the Labour Day marks the second edition since the party has assumed the office.
PM Drew is the current serving leader of SKNLP. Under the assistance of Labour Party, the nation has experienced a surge in its economy and growth in the various sectors such as Agriculture, Tourism, National Security, health, education and Infrastructure among others.
