The Alexandra Hospital in Nevis is installing a new state-of-the-art CT scan machine on its premises. The housing enclosure for the equipment is being constructed in the hospital. The addition of the CT Scan Machine is expected to help bring the diagnostic capabilities of the island to another level.

The addition of this piece of equipment to the hospital will be a first for the island. It will take the diagnostic capabilities of our hospital to the next level and ensure that the patients and medical staff have access to first-class diagnostics.

The Nevis Island Administration is committed to providing better healthcare to the people of Nevis. The acquisition of the CT Scan machine is undoubtedly a step in the right direction.

Premier and Minister of Finance of the NIA shared the information regarding this new development on his Facebook profile. The Concerned Citizens Movement (CCM) had pledged to work for the development and betterment of the people of Nevis. This development in the healthcare sector falls directly in line with the same mandate. Thus, the Concerned Citizens Movement leader shared a quick post on his Facebook account, informing the residents and citizens of the country of the same.

In the Facebook post, he wrote:

Something good is happening in Nevis.

As the Nevis Island Government continues to deliver on its mandate for better healthcare for the people of Nevis, we are now installing the housing enclosure for our new state-of-the-art CT Scan machine at the Alexandra Hospital. The addition of this piece of equipment will be a first for the island. It will take the diagnostic capabilities of our hospital to the next level and ensure that our patients and medical staff have access to first-class diagnostics.

Once installed, we welcome our brothers and sisters from St Kitts to come over and use the facility as well.
