Kaitlynn Wilson, a student at Basseterre High School, was crowned the Republic Bank Miss Teen St Kitts Nevis Queen on December 19, 2023, at Warner Park Sporting Complex.
Republic Bank returned as the Title Sponsor for the Miss Teen St. Kitts and Nevis pageant, with a commitment to double its $60,000 sponsorship.
The event began with eight ambassadors competing for the title, including.

- Avonnie Wyatt is a 15-year-old pursuing her grade 10 at Immaculate Conception Catholic School.
