The Caribbean Premier League (CPL) 2022 is right around the corner, with the first match all set to happen on Wednesday, August 31, 2022. The tournament’s first match is scheduled to take place at Warner Park Cricket Stadium at 7:00 PM.
In the CPL tournament’s first match, Jamaica Tallawahs will be locking horns with the reigning champions, St Kitts and Nevis Patriots. They pledge to defend their crown from the 2021 edition of the Premier League.
The patriots managed to secure a historic victory over the Trinbago Knight Riders in the first-ever finale of the SKYEXCH 6IXTY. The winning team included the self-proclaimed Universe Boss, Chris Gayle was also a part of the winning squad and scored the winning runs.
The Patriots are gearing up to defend their title of the CPL with the following line-up of players
