St Kitts and Nevis is all set to open the 2025 edition of the Caribbean Premier League matches from the Warner Park Cricket Stadium. The Caribbean Premier League is one of the most popular cricketing event in the Caribbean region.
St Kitts and Nevis will be playing the first five matches of the cricketing tournament, wherein the team will face the other five teams for their home games. For the first match of the tournament, St Kitts and Nevis Patriots will be facing the Antigua and Barbuda Falcons.
The match, which will start at the 7:30 PM at the Warner Park Cricket Stadium, kickstarting the tournament. The first opponent which the Patriots will be facing are the previous year’s defending champions.
The Antigua and Barbuda Falcons are also the newest team to compete in the six team tournament. The officials have shared that the Antigua and Barbuda Falcons team was launched in the year 2024 and became the champions in their first campaign.
The Second match of the tournament will be played against the Guayana Amazon Warriors, on August 15. The match, second in the series and another home game for the St Kitts and Nevis will also start at 7:30.
In the third home game, scheduled for August 17, and against the Guyana Amazon Warriors at the Warner Park. The third match which the patriots will be playing in their home ground will be against the Trinbago Knight Riders.
The final two matches of the tournament, the Patriots will face Saint Lucia Kings and Barbados Royals. These matches will be hosted on August 19 and August 21 respectively.
