The Royal Barbados Police Force has requested for assistance of the public for locating a 16-year-old Guyanese boy who is missing.
The name of the boy is Joshua Dexter Nurse, and he is a native of Guyana, and he lives at #6 Buttals Tenantry, St George and is a Fifth Form student at the St George Secondary School and he is 5’6” tall.
Joshua was last seen wearing a long blue sweater, red short pants along with grey boots.
He has been living with his mother Karima Nurse, 41, in Barbados at the same address since last year.
On Tuesday around 7 am, while as she was leaving from her home to go to work, she saw her son outside the house with his bag on his back and his school books in hands.
When she returned home that day, she found out that he was not there.
She asked the other members of the family regarding Joshua, but no one of them knew about his whereabouts. She made additional checks with the family members, neighbours and friends, but she was still unable to locate Joshua and he is missing ever since.
The matter of his disappearance was later reported to the District ‘B’ Police Station.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Joshua Dexter Nurse is asked to contact the District ‘B’ Police Station at telephone number 1 (246) 437-4311, Emergency number 211, Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIPS (8477) or the nearest Police Station.
