The Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB) is hosting a stamp Design Competition to commemorate its 40th anniversary. The fortieth anniversary is also called the ruby anniversary.
The Junior Minister for Social Development, Youth Empowerment, Gender Affairs, Aging and Disabilities took to his Facebook account to share the competition news with the residents and citizens of St Kitts and Nevis.
The post, initially taken from the official page of the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB Connects) and subsequently reposted by the St Kitts Department of Youth Empowerment
According to the poster image shared by Minister Phillip on her Facebook account, the judges of the competition will judge the stamp design competition in three age groups.
The age groups are: 5 years to 11 years
12 years to 17 years
18 years and over
Minister of Social Development, Youth Empowerment, Gender Affairs, Aging and Disabilities, Isalean Phillip stated in her Post that it was an opportunity for young creatives to win.
The Stamp Design Competition is open to residents in Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, the Commonwealth of Dominica, Grenada, Montserrat, Saint Christopher ( styled as St Kitts) and Nevis, Saint Lucia and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
Additionally, the guidelines of the Stamp Design competition state that the employees of the ECCB and its affiliates, the close relatives of the employees, and anyone connected with the judging of the competition cannot enter the stamp designing competition.
Further, the guidelines on the image poster of the Stamp Design competition, organised by ECCB, state that Interested Candidates should submit their entries to the email address: efapc@eccb-centralbank.org.
The email’s subject line must read, 40th Anniversary Stamp Design Competition. The submission deadline for all entries is November 25th, 2022.
