The Accidents & Emergency Unit at JNF General Hospital is undergoing remarkable changes. The changes are being assisted by an experienced Emergency Room Specialist who is currently working with the staff at JNF General Hospital.
The expert is helping the team at the hospital in implementing important reforms to the Accident & Emergency (A&E) Unit at the Joseph N. France General Hospital. The Ministry of Health has shared the development regarding the upgrades at the A&E Unit with the general public.
The members of the staff at the hospital have shared that the emergency room expert has worked in the emergency care sector both within the CARICOM region and internationally.
According to the Ministry of Health, his work experience has been serving the growth and upgrades of the A&E Unit in a positive manner..
The expertise of the Emergency Room Specialist has been helping the JNF general Hospital staff in improving the operations at the A&E Unit. specialist has also improved the clinical processes in the country. WIth his support, patient flow at the hospital has also seen marked improvements.
The emergency room specialist has been improving workings at the hospital for several weeks now. In January, the expert organized an airway management and point-of-care ultrasound workshop.
This workshop served as a capacity development opportunity for the medical officers within the ER of the hospital. The participants who were able to complete the workshop were awarded with certificates of completion.
The Ministry of Health believes that the emergency room specialist has helped in guiding the ER Medical officers to improve the unit. The Ministry has further maintained that patient safety, efficiency, and quality of care is a priority for them as they move forward with improving healthcare for the people of the country.
