Dr Terrance Drew has congratulated Kiandre Weekes for achieving another milestone in his academic journey. Weekes is a resident of Cayon, which falls under the constituency of Dr Drew. He has graduated with honors and made it into the Principal’s Roll of Honour.

Weekes is the only non-Jamaican graduate in the Legal Education Certificate programme to receive this prestigious recognition. Prior to this, Weekes also became the first national of St Kitts and Nevis to be selected for Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court Internship

Dr Drew expressed his pride seeing the success of the Cayon Resident through a social media post. He said the remarkable journey of Kiandre Weeks “is a testament to the transformative power of discipline, perseverance, and hard work.”

Dr Terrance Drew has known the young  man for more than a decade during which the youngster has made the nation proud on several occasions. His academic achievements have  highlighted St Kitts and Nevis in the regional education sector. 

The Prime Minister recalled that Weekes has seen an exceptional record in academics from a very young age. He has achieved academic excellence at every stage of his education, which highlights his dedication and discipline. 

The youngster completed his graduation in the LL.B programme with excellent performance. Afterwards, Prime Minister Dr Terrance Drew presented Weekes with a government scholarship to pursue the Legal Education Certificate (LEC).

Prime Minister Dr Terrance Drew pointed out that Kiandre has again excelled and demonstrated his unwavering commitment to excellence. 

The Prime Minister applauded the youngster for his achievements and highlighted that he has brought laurels not only to his family, but also his country. On his social media account, Dr Terrance Drew said, “Congratulations, Kiandre. Your success inspires a new generation to pursue excellence without limits.” 

He extended his best wishes to the younger for a brighter, better future.

May this milestone mark the beginning of a distinguished legal career dedicated to justice, integrity, and service to humanity. Our nation celebrates your extraordinary achievement,” said Prime Minister Drew.
