Airbnb is allowing a couple of individuals to go through a two-month holiday in the Bahamas trying to help the Caribbean island harmed a year ago by Hurricane Dorian.
In an event 67 individuals were died and more than $3.4 billion in damage was caused when Hurricane Dorian moved through the nation’s many islands in October 2019.
Aribnb has offered different holidays over the previous year to advance atmosphere. For their most recent offer, five individuals get an opportunity to visit the three islands inside the Bahamas that were not influenced by the tempest: Andros, Eleuthera and Exumas.
There, those chosen will take a shot at ventures for two months including coral reef rebuilding, pineapple cultivating, drifting structure and then some, working with the Bahamas National Trust. The not-for-profit deals with the nation’s parks and attempts to save its characteristic territory.
The trust’s official executive, Eric Carey, says the nation is “open for business” and the vacation is an approach to “share our different nation and the Bahamian lifestyle with the world.”
