Basseterre: International Women’s Day 2021 and Phase 2 of St. Kitts. Kitts and Nevis National Equality Policy and Action Plan will be discussed on the popular government radio and television program “Working for You” on Wednesday, March 3, 2021.

The special guests are Sharon Warner, executive officer at the Department of Gender Affairs; Dwynette Eversley, consultant; Professor Jeune Guishard-Pine, OBE-BPW, and Celia Christopher, Director of the Department of Gender Affairs.

The discussion will focus on International Women’s Day 2021, emphasizing the importance of celebrating women’s achievements and looking at their struggle for gender equality and equality; the impact of COVID-19 on women’s lives will also be discussed, along with a review and development of National Gender Policy, among other relevant issues.

Working for You‘ is presented by Lesroy Williams and provides news, views, reviews, interviews, and all the Team Unity Administration events, which promised transparency, accountability, good governance, and a fair share for all citizens of the Federation.

The program includes government officials, heads of state departments, permanent secretaries and other government officials who will provide you with timely, relevant and accurate information regarding the social, economic, human, political and sustainable development of St. Kitts and Nevis.
