Trinidad and Tobago has a new imported case of COVID-19.
Trinidad and Tobago’s Minister of Health, Terrence Deyalsingh said that the new case had come from a member of a family of three which was allowed to return to the country on Thursday.
They have been taken to the Home of Football and have been placed under quarantine.
Of the three tests, two were negative, and one has tested positive for the COVID-19.
With this new case of the virus, the total confirmed cases in T&T have now become 117.
This is the first new case of COVID-19 in T&T in a month.
