Grenada’s Prime Minister Dr Keith Mitchell, has an opinion that the region has to be ready to face COVID-19 and he affirms that the infection isn’t in his nation right now.

He prayed that the Lord should have mercy on the region so that the region may continue being free of the COVID-19.
He said that it is also to be kept in mind that if there is even one case of the infection in any nation in the Caribbean, all other countries would also be under a threat of getting injury.

He said that it is an issue that all residents need to aware of, in each regard not only in Grenada but in all the nations of the Caribbean.
The Grenadian Prime Minister took note that at the ongoing Inter-Sessional Meeting of CARICOM Heads of Government that Covid-19 is a matter of concern for all pioneers.

The Prime Minister s said that publicity is not required as sometimes, the data which is shared can give a feeling that Coronavirus is currently present and it could make people very distrustful towards the individuals of Chinese source and origin.

Grenada’s Prime Minister accepts that with regards to the issues of wellbeing; all people need to to be on one stage instead of being divided.

As on February 22, a fifth Grenadian national who was an understudy was isolated as a careful step as he was coming back from China.

Grenada is as of now on an Importation Transmission Watch (ITW), as Grenadian Health Authorities have extended their survey over a more substantial and broader region of movement to influenced territories.
