The Business and Professional Women (BPW) St. Kitts Club invited young women from all over the island nation to the Annual Job Readiness Workshop. The workshop will be hosted for three hours on Saturday, June 7 at the Solid Waste Cooperation Conference Room.
The workshop will conduct mock interviews for their attendees to give them an insight regarding etiquette and behavioral expectations. The experts at the event will also give the attendees tips on effective resume writing and how to maintain professionalism in the workplace.
The workshop seeks to get the participants ready for their first jobs and inform them about the various expectations of the corporate world. Several freshers will be able to benefit from the educational initiative as many students are not trained on the nuances that can help them get a job.
The workshop is being organized to support the youth of the island nation in securing quality jobs and livelihoods. This initiative is specifically designed for individuals who are preparing to enter the workforce for the first time.
