St. Kitts and Nevis National Carnival 2024, ranked among the top three carnivals in the Caribbean, has announced the official calendar of events for Sugar Mas 53.
Sugar Mas is a month-long carnival season filled with fetes, pageants, cultural events, J’ouvert, and the Grand Parade. This year’s Sugar Mas season will take place from December 13, 2024, to January 2, 2025.
Samal Duggins, Minister of Culture et al., shared the carnival calendar on his social media. He captioned his post, “Tune in. There’s only one place to be —Sugar Mas 53,” which also represents this year’s carnival slogan.
The official calendar for the carnival events aired on June 17, 2024, on the official page of the St. Kitts and Nevis Carnival. A calendar for private events of St. Kitts and Nevis National Carnival has also been announced.
The events range from exceptional pre-celebrations such as the Sugar Mas Awards to the official opening of the carnival, and post-carnival festivities such as the amazing Luxe Carnival: Luxe Last Lap, and many more exciting events for every person to attend.
