Nevis is all set to host a Tourism and Hospitality Training workshop on Wednesday, March 20th, and March 27th at the Nevis Disaster Management EOC, Long Point Road, Nevis. The workshop aims to assist staff in the tourism and hospitality industry in enhancing visitors’ experiences.
The Workshop will be open from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. It will feature several sessions from Morning to lunch, including interactive meetings with customers, guests, and clients and insights into hotels, Restaurants, Bars, Car Rentals, Taxi/Tour operators, Air and Seaports, Grocery Stores, and Event Planners.
The Morning shift of the Tourism and Hospitality Training Workshop will begin with an insightful session on Managing Guest Experiences in Today’s Tourism and Hospitality Industry.
Further in the afternoon, the attendees will engage and participate in various sessions, including:
- Customer Complaint Management, Satisfaction and Company Success
- Employee Motivation and Organisational Performance.
The attendees will be facilitated with interactive presentations, handouts, lunches and certificates. Registration to apply for the workshop has already been opened. The applicants can fill out the registration till the deadline, March 18th, 2024 with a registration fee of $50 per person.
The workshop will be hosted in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism and the Nevis Island Administration.
The Ministry of Tourism has also extended its wishes and invited the general public to register for the first and second dates of the Tourism and Hospitality Training Workshop on Wednesday, March 20th and 27th, 2024,
Application forms can be collected at the Ministry of Tourism’s office at the Social Security Building, Pinney’s Estate, Charlestown Nevis. Seats will be provided to individuals based on the spaces reserved.
The Workshop will equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to actively engage in and benefit the applicants from greater insights into Tourism and Hospitality.
The Ministry called out the residents to apply for this two-day insightful class and contribute their time and effort to the same.
