St Kitts and Nevis: The Royal St Christopher and Nevis Police Force have made 30 convictions on different counts from January to December 2023.
DEVON FORDE
Devon Forde, a 40-year-old, received a ten-year conviction for unlawful carnal knowledge of a 13-year-old girl. Devon Forde pleaded guilty and received full credit for his plea, resulting in a reduced sentence of 10 years.
LISA FRANCIS
Lisa Francis awaits sentencing for perverting the course of public justice. A jury convicted Lisa Francis; she helped her son escape firearms charges, abusing her position as an immigration officer. Lisa Francis received a 3.5-year sentence for perverting the course of public justice.
JONATHAN RAWLINS

Alexander Samuel received a 15-month sentence for the possession of a firearm. Alexander cooperated with the police and received a reduced sentence.
JAMARIE JAMES & AKEEM HERBERT
Jamie James and Akeem Herbert received a 28-month sentence for robbery. Both showed remorse and cooperated, with Herbert having mental challenges.
STANFORD WILLIAMS
Stanford Williams, aged 42, received a 10-year sentence for a violent burglary. He received full credit for an early guilty plea.
SAMANTHA HUGGINS
Samantha Huggins, a former court bailiff, was convicted on two counts of fraudulent conversion. She unlawfully retained funds meant for settling court warrants. Samantha Huggins was re-sentenced to 18 months imprisonment for two counts of fraudulent conversion involving misappropriation of funds from court debtors.
KEEANE RICHARDS

ADRIAN JUSTIN BART

DION BROWNE
