St Kitts and Nevis National Carnival Committee (SKNNCC) is organizing the Junior Carnival aimed at the children of St Kitts and Nevis to enjoy and learn more and more about the culture of the Caribbean. The “Junior Carnival” will be held on December 31, 2022. The event will be held under the theme of “BEAUTY AND THE BEAST.”
The event is set to serve an educational purpose where the children participating are informed about the various natural assets St Kitts and Nevis possesses as an island nation.
The contest is held with two themes.
Under the theme of BEAUTY: events focussing on the natural resources of St Kitts and Nevis like:
MARINE LIFE,
ISLAND IN THE SUN,
MOONLIGHT OVER BASSETERRE
SWEET MOTHER NATURE
the events as such will be observed.
Similarly, under theme of BEAST, children will be taught about theย “PLASTIC MONSTERS THAT ARE THREATENING OUR LAND OF BEAUTY.”
St Kitts and Nevis National Carnival Committee (SKNNCC) have shared an update on their social media regarding the event, where they shared some details about the event amd urged the people of St Kitts and Nevis to buy the tickets for the Junior Carnival.
Additionally, the SKNNCC also stated, I their post the manner in which they plan to conduct the event. St Kitts and Nevis National carnival Committeeย (SKNNCC) believes that the issue of climate change is the most serious peril faced by mankind today. For the children of St Kitts and Nevis to have a simple understanding of just what the issue of climate change means for their life and future.
The presentation is divided into two parts:
