The Minister of Tourism in the government of St Kitts and Nevis, Marsha Henderson, is currently on a trip to the United Kingdom to engage with the nation’s authorities and promote the tourism products offered by St Kitts and Nevis.
On November 21, 2022, Minister Henderson paid a courtesy call to the United Kingdom’s High Commissioner, Dr Kevin Issac. During this trip, the Minister of tourism engaged with several high-level officials in the United Kingdom to promote the Post-Covid and Tourism ready islands of St Kitts and Nevis.
A delegation of St Kitts Tourism Authority Members and workers have accompanied the Minister of Tourism, Civil Aviation, International Transport, Employment and Labour and Urban Development to her trip.
The delegation includes Ellison “Tommy” Thompson; Melnecia Marshall; Lisa Elmes-Bosshard, among others.
Minister Marsha Henderson and her delegation also sought to meet with British Airways and British Airways Holidays executives. The goal of the meeting was to discuss airlift and marketing opportunities for the year 2023 and beyond.

Currently, British Airways serves the destination twice weekly on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Further, The Minister of Tourism, Marsha Henderson also interacted with the various other authorities of the United Kingdom as part of their efforts to uplift the tourism industry of St Kitts and Nevis.
Marsha Henderson leads a delegation to the United Kingdom for the return of the UK roadshow, which comprises of multiple travel trade events from November 21-25, 2022.
As part of the St Kitts and Nevis’s renewed efforts to engage with the UK travel trade post-COVID, the St Kitts Tourism Authority gathers agents and tour operators for hosted dinners in partnership with the Nevis Tourism Authority, at premium venues in Hertfordshire, Kent, and Surrey.
