St Kitts has been recognized at the Caribbean Journal’s Caribbean Travel Awards 2025, with two meaningful accolades.
The small island nation has been awarded with the “Caribbean Cruise Destination of the Year,” and “Caribbean Adventure Destination of the Year awards.”
The island’s stunning beauty, welcoming harbors, and thrilling activities, helped the island win these awards.
These accolades highlights that St Kitts is a must-visit destination, with its exceptional cruise facilities and adventurous activities, leaving visitors with unforgettable memories.
From the historic Brimstone Hill Fortress National Park to the scenic Timothy Hill, the island offers spots for all types of visitors, from adventure and sightseeing lovers to visitors who just want peace and relaxation.
Minister of Tourism, Marsha Henderson also shared her gratitude and said that these awards are a testament of their commitment to give unique visitor experiences.
She further thanked the people of St Kitts, and everyone else who had contributed to this achievement while continuing to make St Kitts an example of Caribbean hospitality and adventure.
Moreover, the Ministry of Tourism appreciated and thanked everyone from cruise operators to local vendors, whose hospitality and politeness towards the tourists made these achievements possible.

Caribbean Travel Awards will be celebrating Caribbean travel excellence across 36 different categories with its 11th annual edition.
The categories range from Caribbean Destination of the Year to Caribbean Hotel of the Year and Caribbean Small Hotel of the Year.
The editor and publisher of the Caribbean Journal, Alexander Britell said that these awards are to honor the people and places working hard to grow economies of Caribbean countries.
