Nevis is preparing for the highly anticipated Nevis Mango Festival which will showcase the biggest variety of mangoes in the region. With more than forty varieties of Mangoes which are unique to the island of Nevis, the Mango Festival is one of the most anticipated culinary events for the island.
The first weekend of the month, July 4 to 6, 2025 is reserved for the culinary event of the year in Nevis, where the community can come together and celebrate. The Nevis Mango Festival is marked by several different events, all of whom are themed around the various mango varieties in the region.
Nevis is one of the only islands in the Caribbean which hosts a food festival themed around a single fruit. In the last decade, the Nevis Mango Festival has been a paradise for food lovers all over the region.
Every year, a new, talented culinary chef headlines the Nevis Mango Festival and creates magic out of more than forty varieties of Mango on the island. The success of the Mango Festival is evident in the fact that hundreds of people have visited Nevis to participate in the various events.
The official opening of the Nevis Mango Festival will be hosted at the MGR Park at 9.30 a.m on July 3, 2024 in the presence of several island locals. The Premier of Nevis, Mark Brantley extended a warm invitation to the local population of the twin island federation, the wider region and the world to attend the event.
The opening day will feature a panel discussion with the celebrity guest for this year’s Nevis Mango Festival, Chef Bryant Terry. The main event will start on July 4, which will include the chef masterclass, Mixologists competition and much more.
The attendants of the Nevis Mango Festival will be able to experience Nevis at its finest during the three day event. The Premier has shared that he has high hopes from the 2025 edition of the culinary festival and extended his complete support to the organizers as they prepare Nevis for the event.
