A 15-member squad has been unveiled by Cricket West Indies (CWI) on their official page for their tours this year. The team is all set to play against Ireland from May 21 to May 25 in three ODI matches, followed by a series against England from May 29 to June 3.
This highly awaited tour will be the first one of this year for limited overs format. It also provides a great opportunity for CWI to focus on building its ODI team ahead of the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2027.
In addition, CWI has made new changes to the coaching staff for the tour. The team will receive a new bowling coach in the upcoming West Indies series. He is none other than the former West Indies fast bowler, 2012 World Cup champion, Ravi Rampaul. He will be taking over from the current assistant, James Franklin.
Additionally, CWI will also utilize the services of former Ireland allrounder Kevin O’Brien as part of the coaching staff during their tour of Ireland.

Team Management Unit (TMU):
The head coach of the team will be Daren Sammy, along with Rawl Lewis who will be the manager of the team. Assistant Coach (Batting) will be Floyd Reifer, Assistant Coach (Bowling) will be Ravi Rampaul, and Assistant Coach (Fielding) will be Rayon Griffith.
Dr. Denis Byam will act as the team’s physiotherapist and Ronald Rogers will be the West Indies’ Strength & Conditioning Coach. Massage therapist for the team will be Fitzbert Alleyne. Furthermore, the role of team analyst is assigned to Avenesh Seetaram, and of media & content to Jerome Foster.
