The head of the Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU) of St Kitts and Nevis, Michael Martin has introduced a number of new initiatives to strengthen the country’s CBI programme. Alongside his team, Martin has set himself on the mission of making the St Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment among the most sought after programmes in the country.

The leader of the St Kitts and Nevis CIU has remained committed to bringing the reputation of the programme upwards with a number of significant changes and evolutions. In this regard, the team of St Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment Unit, under the leadership of Michael Martin has introduced the Sustainable Island State Contribution.

The SISC investment option has replaced the earlier active investment option Sustainable Growth Fund. Under this initiative, the Minimum Investment amount for the SISC will also increase to US$250,000.

The leader of the CIU, Michael Martin believes that with the increase in the Minimum Investment amount they would be able to protect the reputation of the programme. The added measure of security will enhance the St Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment Programme to make it the best in the investment migration industry.

For the newly installed Sustainable Island State Contribution, investment amounts are prescribed as follows:

– Minimum contribution for a family of two – US$ 300,000

– Minimum contribution for a family of three or four – US$ 350,000

– Due diligence for a single applicant – US$ 10,000

– Due diligence for a family of two – US$ 17,500

– Due diligence for a family of three or four – US$32,000

Michael Martin stated that he is committed to ensuring that the longest running Citizenship by Investment Programme of the world can continue to remain the world leader and inspire its successors and at the same time, give the investors the chance to explore the world through the investment into their incredible offerings.

To safeguard the interests of the investor, CIU St Kitts and Nevis has introduced many significant

measures of due diligence. The due diligence seeks to make sure that only the most deserving and prominent high net worth individuals across the globe can take advantage of the plethora of opportunities that the programme affords to them.
