The Tourism Ministry of St Kitts, Kittitian Heartbeat and the Christopher Air & Sea Ports Authority recently shared the May cruise ship arrivals schedule in the country. The Cruise season is nearing its end in the Caribbean, yet the island still welcomes many cruise passengers to their shores. In May 2023, at the lean of the cruise season, St Kitts will receive five cruise ships on different days throughout the month.
The first day of the Month, Monday, May 1, welcomed the first cruise, Celebrity Equinox, to the share. The cruise ship has brought thousands of passengers to St Kitts and Nevis for the last six months. The cruise ship was one of the constant part of the cruise season of St Kitts.
On Wednesday, May 3, Port Zante of St Kitts will welcome their second cruise ship, Borealls. The cruise ship is one of the newer additions to the cruise schedule of the St Kitts and Nevis.
On Saturday, May 6, St Kitts will welcome the third cruise ship of the month, Carnival Magic. The ship has brought thousands of cruise passengers to the shores for the last few months.
On Tuesday, May 9, St Kitts will play host to the penultimate cruise arrival of the month, Adventure of the Seas. The cruise ship has also travelled to and from the Caribbean island bringing several counts of passengers to the country.
Finally, the country will welcome Harmony of the Seas on the last day of the month, Tuesday, May 31, 2023. The cruise season is coming to a close in the Caribbean region. Accordingly, the country welcomed less than 10 ships. Most of the cruise calls will come in the first ten days of the month.
The Tourism Ministry of St Kitts, Kittitian Heartbeat has claimed the country had a very successful cruise season in 2022-23. In this timeline, the country has welcomed upwards of 688 thousand passengers in the country as of April 2023.
