The Prime Minister shared his best wishes to the competition winner during the press conference. Reverend Damien E. Hughes of Challengers Village, St Kitts was the competition winner. The theme for the fortieth anniversary is “Growing Sustainably, Developing Maturely, Building Resiliency: Independence 40”.
