St Kitts and Nevi National Carnival, (SKNNCC) Sugar Masis, is returning for their 52nd edition in December. The 52nd edition of the Sugar Mas will start on December 15 and run through the rest of the month, concluding on January 2, 2023. The country’s national carnival committee has begun preparing for the 2023-24 edition of the national carnival.
The organisers have claimed that they have started the preparation several months in advance because they want all the participants of the national carnival to be ready for the festivities, mentally, emotionally and physically.
The buffer of several months between the start of the preparation and the start of the carnival events will allow the participants to prepare themselves for the best part of the carnival. Accordingly, the stakeholders will be able to give the people an unforgettable experience in the form of the Sugar Mas 52.
Accordingly, the St Kitts and Nevis National Carnival Committee (SKNNCC) has announced that they are opening the registrations for the various events at the Sugar Mas festival. The final day for the registration of the calypsonians, Soca Artists and Steel bands is Thursday, August 31, 2023. The national carnival committee (SKNNCC) has urged the country’s people to register for the event before the deadline runs out.
The sugar mas 52 serves as a significant opportunity for the artists of the country to show their talent to the festival revellers of the sugar mas. The events will attract a number of tourists and locals to the festival.
