The island of Nevis has taken a bold step in promoting their tourism with the rebranding of the Nevis tourism product. The Nevis Tourism Campaign is now recognised by its unique elegance and old school vibe.

The Minister of Tourism in the Nevis Island Administration, as well as the Premier of Nevis, Premier Mark Brantley was proud of the rebranding. With the rebranding efforts, Nevis wants to distinguish themselves from the other tourism destinations in the Caribbean region.

The officials have shared that it is important for the organization to set themselves apart from the rest of the region. The Premier has defended the decision about the rebranding initiative which will help put the small island nation in the tourism map.

At the time of the rebranding launch, the administration had defended the decision to make the new logo and branding more classically appealing and with fewer colors on the logo. The Premier had argued that several islands across the region are promoting an island with beaches and culture.

What would set the island nation apart from the others in the region will be their focus on the class and experience provided by Nevis. In his recent press conference, Premier Mark Brantley addressed the change in branding for Nevis Tourism and highlighted that he was aware of the criticisms that the development attracted.

Notably, the new campaign retains Nevis Naturally, the tagline that Nevis has been using for years to market their tourism product. However, the logo, fonts and colors used in the new campaign have undergone a drastic change.

The colorful and vibrant logo from the past has been changed into the black and white logo which can be seen as a symbol of grace and sophistication. The launch of the new logo was hosted in the presence of the Premier of Nevis, Mark Brantley.

The event was hosted at Montpelier Plantation and Beach Hotel in Nevis on May 29. The logo has also been made the official face of the Nevis Tourism Campaign as the island nation used it in international tourism shows.
