Police Force charges 3 males for intended robbery in Nevis

The Royal St Christopher and Nevis Police Force have charged three male suspects of the federation for the offence of Assault with Intent to Rob. The males who the officials of the RSCNPF have charged include: 

  • Clijuarn Henry of Rawlins Village (Nevis); 
  • Kennedy Rodriguez of Shadwell (Pine Garden, St. Kitts); and 
  • T’iquan Pennyfeather of Conaree Village/Monkey Hill (St. Kitts), 

The St Christopher and Nevis Police Force have taken the initiative to share this significant update on their social media. They also shared the images of the three culprits who the force charged.

The three Henry, Rodriguez, and Pennyfeather were each charged on three (3) warrants for the offence of Assault with Intent to Rob. The trio was charged officially by the Royal St Christopher and Nevis Police Force on Wednesday, August 23, 2023. 

Among the people charged for their various crimes the first culprit, Henry, was charged at the Newcastle Police Station. The second culprit, Rodriguez had his charges put on him at the Charlestown Police Station. Meanwhile, the final culprit, Pennyfeather was charged at the Cotton Ground Police Station.

The St Kitts and Nevis Police shared in thier official social media account that they put the charges following a search that they executed on the vehicle. 

One of the culprits, Henry was driving the said vehicle. The search followed a brief chase by law enforcement on Sunday, August 20, 2023. The chase between the Royal St Christopher and Nevis Police Force ended with Henry colliding with a wall along Nevis’s Brown Hill main road. 

The vehicular search resulted in the collection of some items of evidential value and the apprehension of all three males by Police.
