The Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis Terrance Drew is addressing the media today at 1:30 PM for his monthly roundtable meeting. Dr Drew has organized the roundtable conferences with the members of the media since the start of his tenue in 2022.

In the meetings, Dr Drew updates the members of the media and the people of St Kitts and Nevis. The discussion centre around the developments which have taken place since the last sitting of the roundtable.

The members of the media can ask questions and seek clarifications on issues of national importance. The October edition of the Prime Minister’s Roundup will be focussed on the UN General Assembly

The week-long events featuring discussions regarding climate change and climate justice among other things will be recalled during the roundup. In addition to this, the members of the media will also ask the Prime Minister to expand on the developments that have taken place since.

The final week of September, where Prime Minister Dr Terrance Dew attended the United Nations, General Assembly was extremely productive. Prime Minister Drew and his delegation had the opportunity to interact with the members of the international community.

The Prime Minister also addressed the UN General Assembly on the behalf of his nation and extended the call for climate justice. In his address, he had urged the members of the international community to take urgent action on the matter.

During this roundup, Dr Drew will also be expected to share some information regarding the the future developments that the nation can expect progress on. The media interaction serves as an opportunity for the Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis to maintain accountability and transparency.
