The prime minister of St Kitts and Nevis, Dr Terrance Drew, took to his social media account to share his experience while appearing in an interview alongside the Premier of Nevis, Mark Brantley. The Prime Minister shared some glimpses from the interview from his social media account.
He shared that I was interviewed by Keith “Stone” Greaves, Caribbean Journalist and Broadcaster at Radio Anguilla, after the Opening Ceremony of ANSAR in Anguilla. The interview was centred around the advancement of the Federation and promoting stronger relations with Anguilla.
During this meeting, the Prime Minister, Dr Terrance Drew, was also accompanied by the Premier of Nevis, Mark Brantley. They discussed several measures they are working towards advancing the Federation. The two political leaders travelled to Anguilla for the official opening ceremony of the Anguilla Nevis St. Kitts Associations Reunion.
PM Drew had already shared the schedule for the event before his departure to Anguilla on July 15. Prime Minister shared that the interview with Premier Brantley was successful as the two leaders discussed ways in which they can further the developmental agenda of the country. They also mentioned the desire to deepen further the relations of St Kitts and Nevis with Anguilla.
In an earlier post, the premier of Nevis, Mark Brantley, shared that the meeting with the Prime Minister Dr Terrance Drew was highly significant to the relations that the federal government and the Nevis Island Administration have fostered for decades. Talking about the same, Premier Mark Brantley shared that the relationship between the Nevis Island Administration (NIA) and the government has never been more cordial.
The interview will be aired on Monday, July 17, 2023, at 9:00 AM on the Government of Anguilla social media platforms. The official Facebook page of the Government of Anguilla has also shared their pleasure in hosting and interviewing the two leaders, Dr Terrance Drew and Premier Brantley of St Kitts and Nevis.
