The Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis, Dr Terrance Drew, hosted the ambassadors of St Kitts and Nevis to lunch at the Marriot Resort in St Kitts. The lunch meeting took place on the third day of the Diplomatic Week hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Diplomatic Week will be hosted from Sunday, April 23, to Friday, April 28, 2023.
The event allowed the Prime Minister to interact with all diplomats and international ambassadors attending the Ministry of foreign affairs initiative of Diplomatic Week. The event was attended by visiting dignitaries along with the Diplomatic Corps, the members of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the stakeholders of the private sector also attended the lunch meeting hosted by Prime Minister Dr Terrance Drew.
As per the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, diplomats, ambassadors and international representatives from across the globe have travelled to St Kitts and Nevis to attend the Diplomatic Week. The Ministry clarified that diplomats from 42 nations have travelled to the country to participate in the diplomatic week.
Additionally, several dignitaries of St Kitts and Nevis, stationed in the various countries Nevis have also travelled to the country to participate in the initiative of the government of St Kitts and Nevis, headed by Dr Terrance Drew. The prime Minister shared some glimpses of the event on his social media account, taking the opportunity to inform the people of the country about the success of the initiative.
The Prime Minister took the opportunity to interact with the international diplomats and foster closer relationships between St Kitts and Nevis and the other 42 nations that they are hosting during the diplomatic week. Prime Minister Dr Terrance Drew is committed to developing the relationship and international standing of the country.
