Under Prime Minister Terrance Drew’s leadership, the government of St Kitts and Nevis has initiated a new programme to provide the people of the federation regular updates regarding the initiatives the federal government is taking up. The programme entitled INFOCUS: YOUR GOVERNMENT; YOUR BUSINESS will serve as a platform for the people to remain informed about the workings of their government.
Prime Minister Dr Terrance Drew and Deputy Prime Minister Dr Geoffrey Hanley took to their respective social media accounts to announce the new initiative, which will serve as a step towards ensuring greater transparency and good governance in the country.
Per the details shared by Dr Terrance Drew and Dr Geoffrey hanley, the programme will start streaming on Wednesday, March 1, 2023. It will be a weekly programme, which will feature details from all the initiatives taken up by the government. The programme will broadcast from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM every Wednesday on the media channels of the government-owned information portal, St Kitts and Nevis Information Service (SKNIS) and the channel of ZIZ Radio, 96.1 FM.
Meanwhile, the show will also receive regular rebroadcasts on the dedicated media channels of St Kitts and Nevis. On Sunday, ZIZ Tv Channel 5 will broadcast the program at 7:30 PM. Meanwhile, On Thursday, the following news channels will rebroadcast the programme at times corresponding to their names:
FREEDOM FM at 7:30 AM
VON RADIO at 10:30 AM
SUGAR CITY ROCK at 1 PM
KCN TV CHANNEL 4 ANGUILLA at 7 PM
