St Kitts and Nevis: Prime Minister Dr Terrance Drew extended his heartfelt congratulations to the nationals of St Kitts and Nevis for their dedication, service, and invaluable contributions to the Federation.
PM Drew shared the names of the distinguished nationals who were awarded with the Companion of the Star of Merit for their long, meritorious, and devoted service to the Federation.
The Prime Minister also mentioned about these unsung heroes in his address on the National Heroes Day and shared the pictures of the awardees on his official social media account.
Significantly, awarded for long and meritor service of a loyal and devoted service to the nation, the companion of the star of merit is bestowed upon Conrad Kelly in the area of agriculture, David Hoggins for business and entrepreneurship, Desmond Hopson Tyson Sr. for community service and activism.

Elsie Liburd Brandy for Education, Hanzel Manners for Banking and Community Development, Oliver Spencer for Fishing Industry, Orville Sailor Thompson for Sports, Pearletta Lanns for Legal and Judicial Services, Rosalyn Hazelle for Women’s Empowerment, Rupert Herbert for Education and Public Service.
Nationals that were awarded the medal of honor for outstanding and service to the nation are: Allison Rouse for Law Enforcement, Jasmin Jazzy D Clarke-Thomas for Broadcasting, Orvis Mills for Early Childhood Education and Community Activism.
The medals were also bestowed upon Patricia Richards for Leader Pioneering Business and Viola Manning for nursing.
The Prime Minister said that on this National Heroes Day, let the values be reflected upon. Courage, harmony, and a deep love for the country.
