The Nevis Ministry of Tourism announced the hosting of an outdoor, ‘Dine under the stars’ experience titled ‘A Night at Passion.’ This event is to promote Nevisian cuisine alongside cultural highlights. The date is set for the 22nd May, 2025 (Wednesday) at Passion Bar and Grill in Cox Village, St John’s Parish.
The guests can indulge themselves with a full course, authentic Nevisian meal while experiencing real Nevisian hospitality and live music shows. The event was announced on the 9th May, 2025 through the official Facebook page of the Ministry of Tourism of Nevis.
Moreover, this also falls under the efforts of the Ministry of Tourism to diversify the culture, entertainment and cuisine of the region which is part of its tourism model. There will be an entrance fee of $100, which grants each attendee a complimentary traditional drink upon their arrival.
In addition to this, the local band renowned for their unique blend of local sounds, “Gharlic & The Band,” will perform their hit songs live between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm.

A Night at Passion – Food Menu
The night’s menu will highlight some of the best Nevisian food. The appetizers will include fish balls and Johnny cake fritters. Moreover, the guests can choose from main dishes like local stewed mutton, BBQ ribs, or lemon butter mahi mahi.
These meals will come with rich-flavored side dishes. The guests can indulge themselves in the popular pineapple upside-down cake for dessert.
