Premier of Nevis and Leader of the Concerned Citizens Movement Mark Brantley has been away from the island on personal business. He travelled to attend the convocation of his daughters, Gabriella Brantley and Brianna Brantley, as they received their respective degrees.

Following the conclusion of both events, Premier Mark Brantley took to his Facebook account to share his happiness. He thanked God, seeming excited and proud of his daughters for achieving great heights when it came to their education.

His younger daughter, Gabriella, finished her bachelor’s degree at the University College London. Following the completion of her degree, Premier Mark Brantley, as a proud father, took to his Social Media to share his appreciation and pride for his daughter.

He wrote: Today I give thanks and praises to God for allowing Sharon and I to witness the conferment of the Bachelor of Law degree with honours on our younger daughter Gabriella Brantley from the University College London (UCL). It has been an absolutely amazing journey thus far, and we pray God’s continued blessings and protection on her life as she now navigates the Bar.

Please help a proud father celebrate Gabriella Brantley, LLB (Hons) (UCL).

His eldest, Brianna, had received her bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of London. Recently she received her master’s degree from the University of Cambridge.

To congratulate his eldest daughter on her educational achievement, The premier took to his Facebook account, where he wrote: What a beautiful day today as Sharon Brantley and I witnessed the conferment of the Master of Law degree on our daughter Brianna Brantley at the University of Cambridge. We cannot be more proud of her remarkable academic achievements.

Thanks be to God for His abundant grace and mercies and for guiding and guarding her throughout her journey thus far.

Please help me congratulate Brianna Brantley, LLB (London), LLM (Cantab)

In his absence, he has left his colleague, Alexis Jeffers, to act in his place as the Premier of Nevis, and he is expected to discharge all the official duties of the Premier in Mark Brantley’s place for the duration of his absence.
