The Deputy Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis, Dr Geoffrey Hanley, is currently on a trip to the Republic of China (Taiwan). He was leading a delegation of ministers to the week-long trip. During the trip. Deputy Prime Minister Dr Hanley and the delegation meet nationals living in Taiwan.

Dr Hanley and his delegation of ministers and government officials significant meeting held in Taiwan, where Kittitians and Nevisians were engaged in face-to-face dialogue with them. Nationals of St Kitts and Nevis living and studying in the Republic of China (Taiwan) gathered at the Embassy’s conference room to have conversations with Deputy Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis, Dr Geoffrey Hanley during his first official visit to Taiwan.

This is the first time that Dr Hanley is on a trip to the republic of China (Taiwan). During his trip, he met and intercted with several important leaders and government officials in the country. He also visited several important places with his delegation and got the chance to reflect on the facilities available back home. He will return to his home country with several inspirations and ideas for new facilities

Deputy Prime Minister Dr Geoffrey Hanley took the opportunity to address the students during these meetings. The Minister urged the students to continue to persevere and make St Kitts and Nevis proud. He also encouraged nationals living in Taiwan to bring their education, talents and experience back to their home country.
