The Minister of Foreign Affairs in the government of St Kitts and Nevis, Dr Denzil Douglas who is the parliamentary representative of Constituency 6, took to his Facebook account to share his appreciation for the representative of Constituency 6, who competed at the Miss Labour Queen Pageant on behalf of the constituency. He wrote on his social media account:
A heartfelt THANK YOU to Miss Dominique Maynard, our Contestant for this year’s Ms Labour Queen Pageant. The Labour Queen pageant was hosted on Saturday, April 29. St Kitts and Nevis Labour Party saw eight contestants from various constituencies in St Kitts compete for the title of the Miss Labour Queen.
The representative of Constituency 8, Cyanna Johnson, was crowned the queen of the pageant during the event as she had secured the most points out of the eight contestants. Dr Denzil Douglas congratulated the winning contestant in a previous post. However, recently he shared an uplifting post on his social media.
In this post, he shared his immense gratitude to the contestant of Constituency 6. The former prime minister of St Kitts and Nevis wrote on his social media account that on behalf of the Executive and Constituents of Constituency 6, we express our gratitude to you, for your grace, poise and execution during the event Saturday, April 29, at the Miss Labour Queen Pageant Show.
Dr Denzil Douglas shared that they have crowned Dominique as C6 Labour Queen, though you didn’t get the Judges’ nod. Dr Douglas extended his gratitude to the contestant representing his constituency. and the contestant’s family. Dr Denzil Douglas shared several images of Dominique from the contest.
He shared his pride on the performance of Dominique Maynard. Accordingly, he shared the cellphone footage of Constituency 6 Dominique Maynard’s talent performance in the 2023 Miss Labour pageant.
