Dr Terrance Drew of St Kitts and Nevis visited the Warner Park Cricket Stadium for the West Indies-Australia Match on Friday. The Warner Park Cricket Stadium is playing host to the three of the five day West Indies Men VS Australia Men T20 Series.
The final three matches of the 5 match T20 International Series were scheduled to be hosted in Basseterre. Two of these matches have already concluded while the third is is scheduled for Monday, July 28.
Prime Minster Dr Drew took to his social media to share his experience of being present during the first night of the match being hosted in St Kitts. The Prime Minister extended his best wishes to the west Indies cricket team men for their good performance and promised to keep supporting them.
The Prime Minister was accompanied by the Minister of Sports, Samal Duggins and popular cricketers of St Kitts and Nevis, the Louis brothers. The Prime Minister, Dr Terrance Drew expressed his support to the West Indies Cricket team as they continue to represent them with pride.
Australia Men’s Team is on a tour of West Indies for a five match series. Three of the series matches were scheduled to be hosted in St Kitts and Nevis.
Two of these matches, held on Friday and Saturday were won by the Australian Men’s team, tipping the series in the Australian Team’s favor. The first four matches out of five match tournaments were won by Australia.
The West Indies have been doing their best to give competition to their Australian counterparts throughout this series. Brandon King is taking the lead with the best and most consistent performance during this series.
Even though the West Indies Men’s team is yet to win a match in the series, the fans of the team are standing firmly behind them. The final match of the series is yet to be played and the fans are hoping for an interesting spectacle in
