On 3 November, COVID-19 left a daily record of infections in Cuba: 109 positive cases, with which the number of patients from March to date now being 7,144, the Cuban health authorities reported on Wednesday.
The health services and laboratories in Cuba processed 8,474 samples on 3 November, with which Cuba collected 874,702 tests in search of COVID-19.
After the last diagnostic tests, all the new cases correspond to Cubans, 36 correspond to imported cases, and 73 were autochthonous.
Of the total of new patients, 69 are contacts of confirmed cases, and the 36 individuals with a foreign source of infection grow the records of cases for Camagüey (two cases), Pinar del Río (in one case), La Tunas (three cases), Granma (seven cases), Holguín ( 10 cases), Santiago de Cuba (seven cases) and Guantánamo (six cases).
