Prime Tron-E, leading manufacturer of electronic vehicles has donated two state of the art buses to St Kitts and Nevis. The Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis, Dr Terrance Drew and his delegation were present at the handover of the buses. 

The Prime Minister shared some images and videos on his social media and extended his gratitude to the organization for the donation. He also added that the buses, which are engineered in Taiwan, are used widely in several countries across Asia and the United States. 

The buses will be used to transport the children and the elderly people of the country and ensure their safety while they travel and work with the members of the community. The officials have shared that the people will benefit tremendously from the donation which they have received. 

The Prime Minister has shared that he is most grateful to the government and people of Taiwan for their donation. The people of St Kitts and Nevis have also appreciated this development sharing that this is a very important development. 

The people have shared that they have been waiting for something similar to be done for the people of the island nation. The officials have shared that it is important for the nation to have the resources to make travel easier for the youngsters as well as the elders of the country. 

The EVs are also a significant step in the direction of clean travel for St Kitts and Nevis. The Prime Minister has shared that during the handover, he had the opportunity to interact with the leadership of the Prime Tron-E. 

The donation will help in furthering the island’s sustainable island state agenda as the buses will help the nation in getting clean, modern, and accessible transportation. The officials have shared that they look forward to better support and technical cooperation between St kitts and Nevis and the Republic of China (Taiwan)
