St Kitts and Nevis is hosting the 2026 ASTA Caribbean Showcase, attended by a wide array of tourism leaders and travel advisors. The event is scheduled to take place in different parts of the twin islands for four days.
The 2026 ASTA Caribbean Showcase commenced on Saturday August 22, 2026 with registrations and welcome events. The four day event will take tourism stakeholders, travel advisors and experts to various attractions across the island.
The General Session of the showcase was organised on Sunday at the St. Kitts Marriott Resort Ballroom. The event was attended by several high level officials from the government.
The Minister of Tourism, Marsha Henderson was also present at the event during the general session. The Premier of Nevis, Mark Brantley also attended the event and was honored as a special guest.
The St Vincent and The Grenadines Minister of Tourism, Kishore Shallow was also in attendance alongside peers from Turks and Caicos and British Virgin Islands. During the session, the attendants engaged in destination presentations and travel advisor briefings.
The experts gave the people of the island valuable insights into the Caribbean’s evolving tourism landscape. The event served as a platform for the people of the region to reinstate their commitment to sustainable growth in the travel and tourism sector.
The St Kitts Tourism Authority has shared several images from the event and provided glimpses into the event. Regionally, tourism stakeholders from other islands including the commonwealth of Dominica also attended the event,
The general session was hosted by Zane Kerby, President and CEO of ASTA. The organisation was also represented by Gary Sadler. He served as the Executive Vice President for Sales and Industry Relations at Unique Vacations.
The schedule for the 2026 ASTA Caribbean Showcase will include showcases of several businesses and destinations across St Kitts and Nevis. The businesses and restaurants and other tourism stakeholders will also have the opportunity to promote themselves.
