The Antigua based regional airline LIAT 2020 introduced a new program on the occasion of their second anniversary. Through the new program, the regional airline extended their gratitude to their loyal customers for believing in them and choosing them for travel across the Caribbean region.
The airline Chief Executive Officer, Hafsah Abdulsalam also shared his remarks regarding the new program of the airlines. Abdulsalam said, “The launch is our way of saying thank you to the thousands of customers who have supported LIAT Air throughout our journey”.
The Chief Executive Officer further explained the efforts and hard work of the airline authorities and employees in making the customer travel experience comfortable. He said, “Over the past two years, we have worked tirelessly to expand our network and improve the travel experience for our passengers”.
The program was officially launched on Thursday August 6, 2026 named “LIAT Air Club”. The airline authority shared that the program is specially designed as customer-focused through which airline want to make the regional travel rewarding to acknowledge the loyalty of their customers.
The interested customers have to enroll themselves online on the airline’s website the enrolling process free of charge. After they enroll themselves they will be eligible to earn one point for every dollar they spent on their eligible flights. The customers also get other rewards that can be redeemed for flight tickets, excess baggage and more exciting rewards will be disclosed over the time.
The Chief Executive Officer mentioned that the newly introduced program will work as an investment to their customers and they shared that the new program is an initiative of thanking their loyal customers. He said, “LIAT Air Club is an investment in our customers, giving back to them by rewarding their loyalty while making travel even more accessible and rewarding”.
Notably, the airline also shared that their new costumes within the three months can enjoy the benefits of the new program; they only just have to share the details of their already taken flights with them to earn the points.
