The First Lady of St Kitts and Nevis,  Diani Prince-Drew celebrated her birthday on Monday January 12. The celebration took place in the Cayon Day Care on Monday, 

The First Lady celebrated her birthday with the children of the Cayon Daycare where the children welcomed her with much enthusiasm and excitement. The wife of the Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis took to her social media to share some images from this celebratory visit to the day care. 

The management of the daycare in Canyon welcomed the First Lady to the celebration. She has visited the early childhood education institution. The officers have shared that she has been working with the management of the daycare center for its growth and development.

She has also spent some time in the company of the children of the Cayon Daycare. They shared that the members of the community were also delighted to see the first welcome 

The visit reflected her continued commitment to connecting with families and nurturing the nation’s youngest citizens. The people of the island have seen the first lady working for children’s welfare with the help of “The Joy Project” for some years.

The celebration of the First Lady’s birthday being done in the company of the children is extremely symbolic for the people of the island. The officials have shared that the day was made more special when the for the people of the island, when the first lady celebrated the birthday of another child at the day care.

The young student, Zenkiah celebrated the special day with the first lady and made llfelong memories for the child’s birthday. First Lady Drew thanked the to Supervisor Canecia Caesar Warner, along with the teachers and children of Cayon Day Care. She said that she was grateful to see the welcome she received from the members of the daycare

Her visit underscored her ongoing dedication to education, family, and the wellbeing of children across St. Kitts and Nevis.
