Prime Minister Dr Terrance Drew visited the site which has been selected for the construction of the Conaree Health Center. The construction is expected to start later this year. The Prime Minister had made the announcement about the administration’s plans regarding the construction of a health center during the pre Labour Meeting which took place on April 3o.
Dr Drew took to his social medi to share the update regarding this development and asserted that they are bringing healthcare access closer. The construction of the health center is a major step for the development of this community.
The MP for Conaree Community has confirmed that this is the first time thai land has been procured specifically for this purpose. The officials have shared that they will work diligently to make sure that the residents hae access to the health center soon.
The new development will make sure that the members of the community do not have to travel to other communities to get access to basic healthcare. The people will be able to get healthcare access right where they live.
The officials have shared that they have also started development in other areas of Conaree. The roads in the conaree village and surrounding areas have been refurbished. The stadium within the community was delivered to the people for the advancement of the sports sector.
The construction of the health center is another step in this direction and highlights that the administration is dedicated to gowing the community and delivering on long awaited mandates of the people.
The Prime Minister said that this is about dignity, convenience, and delivering quality healthcare where it is needed most. The construction process is being supported by the Ministry of Health and Public Works.
The organization has shared that they will also be supported by the healthcare professionals in Conaree to make sure that the project continues to help and support the people significantly in accessing quality healthcare.
